GOOD QUESTIONS

A little clarity.
A better next step.

Have a specific panel or part in mind?

Ask our team
Which control panels can you help with?

Our maintenance scope covers PLC and HMI panels, VFD and motor control panels, SCR and heater panels, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, capacitor banks and ATS/changeover systems. Share the panel details so we can confirm the scope and access requirements.

Can you assess a panel from another manufacturer?

Yes, enquiries are welcome for mixed-brand and existing installations. The achievable scope depends on the equipment, technical documentation, software access and spare-part availability. Any manufacturer-specific support requirement is identified during assessment.

Does maintenance require a shutdown?

Many inspections, cleaning activities, component replacements and electrical tests require isolation. Any operational or transfer testing must also be planned around the connected loads. We agree the shutdown and test scope with the site before work starts.

How often should a panel be maintained?

The interval depends on the manufacturer’s requirements, duty, environment, service history and equipment condition. Dust, heat, moisture or frequent operation may change the plan. A site assessment helps define a suitable schedule.

Can I request equivalent components?

Yes. We review the application, ratings, dimensions, accessories, control signals and compatibility before proposing an alternative for approval. A matching current or power rating alone does not establish interchangeability.

What do I receive after maintenance?

The agreed deliverables can include identified defects, completed work, functional test results, approved setting changes and recommendations. Available PLC or drive backups are included when access and equipment support permit.
